URGENT NOTICE!! San Juan County New Mexico is trying to push through a new "Land Use" program. This will include Zoning and restrictions which will severely impact county residents!

A handful of special interests, businessmen, and Nanny-Crat politicians are planning to get thier boot on our necks. WE HAVE TO STOP THIS! This is yet another feeding frenzy on YOUR personal and property rights!

The Growth Management Plan was presented to the San Juan County Commission on July 18th

The "Land Use" section contained several zoning options and other measures that will erode your private property rights.

THE MEETING WAS HELD, WEDNESDAY JULY 18, 2007 AT 4:00 PM IN AZTEC, AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY WILL TRY AND SHOVE THIS DOWN OUR THROATS. There will be more meetings on this and we will post them here.

When you go to the meetings make sure and stand up and let them know that YOU as a tax paying resident of this county are perfectly capable of making YOUR OWN decisions about YOUR PROPERTY!!
